FairArtisan's Favourites
Hi there, as long as it's been since our last entry.. FairArtisan's been on a Journey.
A journey of Re-Discovery. Partly spiritual. Partly just weighing up the importance of Materialism, Consumerism, and how that fits within
the Support of Humanism. I don't have the answers, but I do have opinions. I believe that we create to find a sense of balance.
Within this creative practice we accomplish a sense of Meditation and reward. Although for some that is sufficient- it isn't for Me.
I initiated this project with the view of creating a supportive platform for those whose practice encompasses some of my views- that is to limit the cycle of
mass consumption, overt materialism, to give an opportunity to emerging or established artisans who have the passion to re-utilise materials whose
purpose seems to have expired. But incorporated in this is still a desire to push the boundaries, to express, to perhaps slowly inspire and encourage Positive Change-
for the better.
So, I want to share an image which has significance for me. Hope you like it.
